Compost

A premium PAS100-certified compost made from recycled food & green waste. Peat-free and nutrient-rich, it improves soil structure and supports strong, healthy plant growth across all garden and landscaping projects.

Blend

A balanced 50:50 mix of compost and British Standard topsoil. Screened for consistency, it enhances drainage, nutrient retention and soil structure, making it ideal for planting, levelling and all-round garden improvement.

Topsoil

A high-quality British Standard topsoil screened to 10mm for a smooth, consistent texture. It offers excellent structure, moisture retention and nutrient availability, making it suitable for turfing, planting, beds and borders.

Ornamental Bark

A decorative, environmentally friendly bark designed to enhance beds and borders. It helps suppress weeds, retain soil moisture and improve soil health while providing a clean, attractive finish for any garden.

Bark Mulch

A natural mulch that suppresses weeds, retains moisture and improves soil health. Produced locally from recycled materials, it provides long-lasting ground coverage for borders, beds and landscaped areas.

Woodchip

A durable, eco-friendly woodchip ideal for pathways, play areas, borders and ground cover. It suppresses weeds, helps retain moisture and gradually improves soil structure.

Top Dress

A balanced blend of compost, topsoil and sand developed to improve lawn quality and turf performance. Ideal for levelling, promoting drainage and encouraging strong, healthy grass growth.

Path & Playfibre

A natural, loose-fill material designed for garden pathways and children’s play areas. Its shock-absorbing qualities and sustainable production make it a safe, eco-friendly choice for domestic and commercial projects.

Horticultural Sand

A clean, free-draining sand ideal for improving soil structure, aeration and drainage. Perfect for potting mixes, borders and breaking up heavy clay soils to support strong root development.

Builders Sand

Who is Carbon Earth and what do you produce?

Carbon Earth produces high-quality compost, topsoil, bark, woodchip, blends and straw pellets using responsibly recycled green and food waste. All products are made locally in Shropshire and delivered nationwide.

What size vehicle will deliver my order?

Our smaller delivery vehicle is a medium–large Iveco tipper.

Are your products peat-free?

Yes. Every Carbon Earth compost, soil and blend is 100% peat-free and produced using recycled organic materials.

Where do you source your materials?

All materials are sourced from locally collected organic waste streams and processed through our in-vessel composting facility in Shropshire.

What makes Carbon Earth products sustainable?
